Housing Conversion Projects RFP
MRA RFP #01-2024 (Housing Conversion Projects) invites developers to submit proposals for housing conversion projects to be developed within the Central/Highland, East Gateway and Near Heights Metropolitan Redevelopment Areas. The City has up to $4 million ($4,000,000) in gap financing available to support one or more achievable projects that create at least 50 new housing units, with at least 20% affordable to households at or below 80% of area median income.
