Indigenous Life Celebration - Vendor Form
Thank you for your interest in being a part of the November 13, 2021 Indigenous Life Celebration!
This event begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m. Vendors will need to arrive at the Berna Facio Building by 7:30am to set up.

We are currently seeking vendors of two types:

1. Service / Resource Providers
2. Marketplace Vendors

Please take a moment to complete the form below.  The information you provide will greatly assist the APS Student Native Leadership planning team as they prepare this event.

While there are no fees for vendors, we do ask that you provide something for our door prizes that will be given out at the end of the celebration.
