We stayed for two nights, the location was great close to the activities we had planned and lots of fairly good places to eat close by. The staff are ok, it’s hit and miss on the friendliness factor, which is disapointing.

Well located for Plenary concert

Generally positive but several things were a definite turn-off. Both room cards failed to work on the morning of checkout - 10.10am Restaurant/bar phone not working to enable us to cancel booking. Poor quality tea and coffee. Nescafe instant - really? We paid nearly $300 for this room. Only 2 regular teabags. Noisy fan on bathroom that couldn't be turned off. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Long queues at checkout - about 15 people. Received email about express checkout at 4pm that afternoon. Lift failed and people were stuck inside.

Had a wonderful stay, it's situated in such a great spot everything you need is nearby. The whole hotel was beautiful clean and fresh. We had a great view from our room over looking the city. So peaceful and quiet, the bed was so comfy and the room was just what we needed. Really rate our stay.
