Working from home and traditional office space combinations are here to stay and the newly required essentials go far beyond a laptop and internet connection. Although there isn't a clear-cut definition, hybrid working refers to a blend of office and remote work, with the individual and organisation being the ones who decide how to split the time. The strategic amalgamation of these work environments potential is crucial to your success in the Strata industry. Thriving in a hybrid work space involves communication and being reachable. Communication tools are a critical element of success for remote workers, and how you use these tools and communicate with others will impact your success as a hybrid leader.
This year’s Leadership Retreat will challenge you to think creatively and expansively, with an eye toward creating a more fulfilling and productive workplace for your team. With the highly experienced and passionate facilitator, Rob Rossano from Phuel, this program aims to deliver in-depth content beyond what is currently capable.
