We are a small bakery focused on quality. Our breads are baked fresh daily to ensure that customers can enjoy the bread at its best. We are constantly striving to improve our craft in search for what we believe is the perfect sourdough bread; crusty, crispy, chewy, fragrant and tangy goodness.While we have our own idea of the perfect loaf, customer comments are always welcome because we care about your preferences and more importantly your satisfaction. 1. Standard ferment (12hrs): 9:30 am, Tue to Sat
(𝘌𝘹. 𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘯 Tue 9:31 𝘢𝘮, 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘣𝘺 Thursday)
2. More tang/flavor ferment (36hrs): 9:30 am on Sat only
(𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 Tues 𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘬-𝘶𝘱 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺)
3. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays
